I developed a passion in identifying what are the bottle neck in the value stream from manufacturing up to IT within companies, and sometime between companies. I am so grateful to have these opportunities. More than that, I am and we are deeply oriented “people 4 people” and not “people and the process”.

“Think employees first” is a simple process:

People 4 People = 4 steps:

  1. Strength and weakness assessment
  2. Create a trusty and transparent place enlightened by a strong light of kindness
  3. Empowerment of the value area employees by changing their behaviour ( Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching)
  4. Make simple the decision-making processes

But it is so difficult…

I know as I went myself through this process. Doing that I was able to find quality time to take care about people I care and meet incredible other one. Thanks to all for your feedforwards that have accelerated my pace in so many areas. From engineering up to executive coaching.

My passion is to work first with people who have an optimistic vision of the world and keep their heart, mind opened, high motivation and implication to bequeath to future generations not only a good memories but a better place.
